Steps make up the basic structure of your CI/CD pipeline and allow you to build a workflow to build, test, and deploy your code. Previously Bitbucket Pipelines let you configure 10 steps per pipeline, but you’ve told us this isn’t enough for use cases where pipelines run multiple test suites or deploy to a large number of environments.
We’re excited to let you know that we’ve removed the 10 step limit in Bitbucket Pipelines. With this change your team has more flexibility to structure your pipeline into more logical steps, test against more application versions, parallelize your tests, and more.
We hope you enjoy this improvement!
